100 Bishopsgate stands 181 meters tall, providing over 995,000 sq. ft of lettable office space in a prime central London location.

EP&S was involved with the expansion package, designing an expansion proposal for the mechanical pipework services, primarily the low-temperature hot water (LTHW), domestic hot water (DHWS), chilled water (CHW), and condenser water (CDW) systems. This project was challenging from an expansion perspective due to the height of the building and the forces/weight of pipework involved. Due to these high forces and loadings, EP&S was also commissioned to design and supply bespoke heavy-duty riser anchor frames on the chilled water risers.
