Buckingham Green is a primely located mixed-use development in the heart of London, with views over Buckingham Palace and Westminster. The project consists of 3 new buildings housing 55,000 sq. ft of high-end office space, 11,334 sq. ft of Retail & 64 new luxury apartments.

EP&S worked alongside the consultant engineer to provide an expansion proposal for all mechanical pipework services within the various buildings – primarily the low-temperature hot water (LTHW) and condenser water (CDW) systems.
