Arundel Great Court is a mixed-use development in Westminster on the bank of the River Thames, consisting of 147 residential units, 113 hotel rooms, retail units, and a spa. The project is one of the finest residential buildings in London, in a prime location offering unparalleled views over London’s historic landmark buildings.
EP&S was appointed by the mechanical contractor to assess expansion requirements on the LTHW & HWS systems within the shell and core of the building. Due to the nature of the project, there were multiple risers that required expansion provisions. The lack of building structure to fix upon added to the complexities of the project but this was overcome using bespoke solutions.
