Chelsea Waterfront Phase 1 consists of 4 residential towers, with the tallest sitting at 37-storeys, located in West London, Chelsea. The towers reside on the land around the historic Lots Road Power Station.
EP&S undertook full expansion design and calculations for this development, culminating in the supply of all expansion devices required on the LTHW systems across these 4 residential buildings.
