One Centenary Way is one of Birmingham’s most sustainable landmark new buildings in the very heart of the city. The 13-storey building will deliver 280,000 sq. ft of modern, SMART-enabled space, and will house more than 3500 office workers.
EP&S was appointed by the mechanical contractor to assess expansion requirements on the LTHW & HWS systems within the shell and core of the building. There was also a requirement to provide a riser support solution for the CHW system.
