A luxury hotel in a central London location.

27-35 Poultry, also known as ‘The Ned Hotel’ is the former home of Midland Bank. This Grade 1 listed building was transformed into a brand-new luxury hotel boasting 252 bedrooms, a private members space, ten restaurants, a public spa, and a gym.

EP&S was appointed by the mechanical contractor to provide an expansion proposal for all relevant mechanical pipework services. The challenge was to ensure that all expansion devices required could fit into the services ducts provided – a difficult task in an existing building.
