Battersea Power Station Phase 3B is a mixed-use development consisting of a 16-storey residential building, a 13-storey office building, a retail podium, and a three-level Basement. Phase 3B lies immediately to the south of the mixed-use, Grade-II listed, Battersea Power Station itself.
EP&S was appointed by the mechanical contractor to assess expansion requirements on the LTHW system within the shell and core of the building, along with all pipework runouts on the floors.
