Crossrail Place

The new Elizabeth Line Station located within Canary Wharf.

Crossrail Place is a mixed-use scheme located in the North Dock, adjacent to the HSBC tower at Canary Wharf. The scheme encompasses the over-ground elements of a new station for Crossrail Canary Wharf. This iconic building houses many new retail units together with station infrastructure & rail platforms.

EP&S was appointed to assess all expansion and building movement requirements on the mechanical pipework services. The building movement was a particular challenge due to the structure being built on what was existing dockland, and the structural movement that came along with this.
