Refurbishment to London South Banks London Road Building.

The development of LSBU’s London Road Building will turn the building into a dedicated learning zone. The new learning zone will create new and different ways of engaging students and supporting their learning needs. It will provide a state-of-the-art library and learning resource facility as well as offer improved Academy of Sport facilities.

EP&S was appointed by the mechanical contractor to assess expansion requirements on the low-temperature hot water (LTHW) systems, particularly the pipework runouts on the floors feeding the trench heater units.
