Mixed-use residential scheme in Southall.
Malgavita Works is a four-block mixed-use regeneration scheme in Southall. The four blocks, one of which reaches 23-storeys, will create 225 homes in the area. The scheme also includes commercial space where there will be retail and leisure facilities.
EP&S was brought in by the mechanical contractor to provide an expansion scheme for all areas of the development. Expansion provisions were required predominantly within the risers and on the floor laterals on the low-temperature hot water (LTHW) systems.
