E1/E2 is an award-winning Build to Rent 36-story tower in Wood Wharf.
The mixed-use building consists of high-spec apartments and retail units, providing a wealth of service to the community.
EP&S worked with the mechanical contractor to provide an expansion proposal for this new 36-storey residential tower. The mechanical services assessed were the low-temperature hot water (LTHW) and chilled water (CHW) systems.
