A prestigious new mixed-use development in the heart of London.
Rathbone Square is a mixed-use development built on the Royal Mail’s former sorting office site just north of Oxford Street, in Fitzrovia. It comprises 160 luxury and affordable residences, one of central London’s first new public squares, premium retail space, and over 22,000m² of workspace that now houses Facebook’s new UK headquarters.
EP&S was involved heavily in the design process to provide a detailed expansion proposal for all mechanical pipework services across the site.
